HOYLANDSWAINE C.C. Won BY 7 WKTS

Match report TWO HOURS 30 MINS JOB DONE

After winning the toss Higham elected to bat on a variable wicket that had them in all sorts of trouble from the first ball.

Skipper Chapman decided to open with pace from one end and spin from the other, it worked as young Tom Winter and MOTM Josh Holmes ripped the visitors apart.

It only took 14 overs to turn them over inside 55 minutes, Tom took 5-24 and Josh 3-4. young Jack Meek also chipping in with 2-5

Higham started well knocking back 3 of Swaines youngsters without a run on the board, but George Tyas (18no) and Josh Holmes (32no) off just 13 balls so Swaine home off just 40 balls in 25minutes.

Josh hit 5 fours and 2 huge sixes to earn him Man of the Match and wrap the game up in less than 2 and a half hours.
